Terms and Conditions

 Thank you for choosing Petal and Play Learning. We look forward to welcoming you and your child to our nature-based school readiness sessions.

• All bookings must be made via our official booking system.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place, with limited spots available.
• Please note that all ticket sales are final.
   

• A lot of love and preparation goes into each Petal and Play session. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds or reschedules for change of mind, illness, or if you are no longer able to attend.
• You are very welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member (just let us know their name), or we can offer your place to another family via our waitlist or social media.
• In the rare event that Petal and Play needs to cancel a session for our Blooms Early Years Program (Term Pass holders) due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, an additional make-up session will be added at the end of term. For Casual Pass holders, you will receive a credit to use at a future session. Credits must be used within 6 months.

• Petal and Play is a parent-accompanied program. A parent or guardian must remain on site and supervise their child at all times.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s safety, behaviour, and wellbeing throughout the session.
• While we take care to provide age-appropriate and safe materials, some sessions may include small items not suitable for children under three. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children closely to ensure their safety, particularly around small parts that may pose a choking risk.

• Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell or showing any symptoms of illness.
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.
• Sessions are held outdoors and may involve natural elements such as uneven ground, insects and changing weather conditions. Please supervise your child accordingly and ensure they are dressed appropriately.
   

• We respect your child’s privacy. No photographs of children’s faces will be taken or shared.
• From time to time, we may take photographs of hands, feet, backs of heads, or artwork to capture the spirit of our sessions for use on our website and social media.
• You may opt out of photography by letting us know at the time of booking or before a session.
   

• Petal and Play Learning holds current Public Liability Insurance. 
• However, because our sessions take place outdoors and involve hands-on play, families attend at their own risk. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
• Petal and Play Learning cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents or damage to personal belongings that may occur during sessions.
   

• Personal information you provide (such as your name and contact details) will be kept confidential and used only for managing your booking and sharing updates about our program.
• You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
   

By booking a session with Petal and Play Learning, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
